im 16 years old and my hands shake all the time. they started to do it a bit at first but now you can really tell there shaking, also my sister who is 20 shakes aswell but hers shake more than mine. This in all likelihood is what is going on with you and your sister. As you can see there is a higher risk for Parkinson’s Disease but there’s nothing definite. You and your sister may need to embark on a healthy lifestyle, diet and it will be important to maintain a healthy gut. google constipation and Parkinson’s. Get lots of antioxidants and make sure that neither of you ever get metal amalgam fillings because heavy metal toxicity has been implicated in Parkinson’s.
