i think like 24/7 which is a sign for Parkinsons Disease and stress only sometimes. and when i stress and think too much at once i have my legs feeling a little painful to walk but can still manage anyway am i headed for this awful disease that my grandfather has and he was also healthy before but the thinking and stress got to him. pleease help me im scared and dont deserve this.

      Parkinsons is not caused by stress or thinking too much and seldom shows up in someone your age if theres family history however you may want to check with neurologist periodically there are specific tests for it.
