      You call Bill Maher an extremist. Don’t you think you’re going completely over the top? Do you know what an extremist is? He is a rationalist. Health Care works. The size of a country has nothing to do with it. The general income does. It is very possible. Bet you do have health insurance. I do agree on the labeling most people as horrible part though…
