Gordon Hall asked:

I can tell you how to prevent wrinkles in one short sentence. If you want to fight wrinkles, you have to fight free radical damage. Now, how you do that, takes a little more explaining.

Throughout our lives there are molecular changes going on that will eventually affect our appearance. Those changes may be the beginning of a wrinkle or the beginning of a cancerous growth.

So, not only are you going to learn how to prevent wrinkles, you are also going to learn how to protect your overall health.

All of the molecules in the human body perform necessary functions, but some of them can become damaging, if their “function” gets out of control. There are many of these molecules, but they are commonly lumped into a large group called free radicals.

If their activity is not controlled, free radicals can damage DNA strands, thought to be the cause of many forms of cancer. Free-radical induced oxidation of other chemicals in the body causes some of the interior symptoms of aging, such as atherosclerosis.

They contribute to alcohol-induced liver damage; promote the development of emphysema from cigarette smoking. They are involved in Parkinson’s disease, deafness, schizophrenia and Alzheimer’s. Think of any disease and they are at least partially responsible.

Because they are necessary for life, the body has a number of mechanisms to minimize their damage and repair the damage that does occur. (Here’s where you get to learn to fight wrinkles.) These mechanisms require specific nutrients to function properly.

You probably did not expect to hear that good nutrition would help fight wrinkles. But, poor nutrition is partially responsible for all of our health problems. Combine chronically poor eating habits with the environmental toxins that we are exposed to on a daily basis and it’s surprising that the human lifespan is increasing, rather than decreasing.

So, here’s how to prevent wrinkles. Use a daily and nightly cream that contains the nutrients necessary for the body to repair itself. Those nutrients include protein, enzymes, the vitamins A, C, and E, and polyphenol antioxidants.

You can fight wrinkles with creams that contain beeswax, honey, citrus extracts, kelp, grape seed oil, olive oil and Shea butter. All of those are good sources of polyphenol antioxidants. Coenzyme Q10 is also important.

But, a new compound that contains a unique protein peptide complex may be the most effective antioxidant, of all.

When I first started learning how to prevent wrinkles, it seemed impossible. Our bodies produce millions of free radicals every day and millions of molecules of antioxidants are required to stop them.

It’s impossible to get that many antioxidants in one day or apply that many directly to your face.

But, this new compound and its unique protein peptides can control millions of free radicals with a single molecule. It’s been proven in clinical studies to fight wrinkles. It will soon be available in dietary supplements, as well.

You can find out more about this compound by going to my website.

So, that’s your primer on how to prevent wrinkles. It’s by no means complete, because I didn’t even mention the sun, but it’s a good start, anyway.
