has anyone heard of young onset parkinsons disease?

my boyfriend and i just found out he has young onset parkinsons disease and has recently had two strokes on top of it.he is only 29 years old and i am extremely worried and upset.i dont know what to do does anyone know of any online support groups or communitys for such things?we both could use some support.
