I have had a stroke, diabetis and now parkinsons. Which one is keeping me awake at nights?

parkinsons
MAUREEN S asked:

The stroke was 6 years ago when they discovered diabetis. Parkinsons started approx 12-18 months but it is not caused by the stroke. Every night I am asleep by 10pm but wake for a couple of hours around 3.30am. I am 60 and have always slept well in past. How can I tell which problem is keeping me awake in the night.

The night when over 60 is your room dark enough try listening to hear about this as it also could be the fault.
