      what do you mean you have been falling? do you lose consciousness or just your balance? do you get suddenly weak and muscles buckle under you? your inquiry is vague.

      age? gender? weight? habits? history?

      you should know that one cause of parkinsonism (not parkinson’s disease but same symptoms) is multiple tiny brain infarcts from chronic hypertension.

      Keep exersizing - that is your best defense. Keep a positive attitude - there are new treatments coming.
