I THINK i once saw an interview on GMTV where they had a man with parkinsons. When his machine was on,he didn’t show any symthoms, however when the machine was turned of he started to shake among other symthoms.
I don’t exactly know whether this was parkinsons or not however is there a machine out there that can do this?
