My grandfather has Parkinsons and its getting BAD what should i do!Please HELP ME SUM1?

The last i have heard, my family has said he has said he kicked my couin out of his house because he saw her bringing men in his house and she never did that… I dont know why this is happening to him, but the doctors say its from his parkinsons and hewill only get worse. Is there anything anyone can think of i maybe able to suggest to the doctor… do you think this is Delirium? I need help, there has to be some type of treatment for him…. PLEASE SOME ONE HELP ME!!!!!!!
