My hand wont stop shaking! im only 13? do i have parkinsons?

i noticed it last night when i came back from being out.. i was tried. Then i noticed it this morning again ! it not excessive its just a tremor you’d only notice if you focused on it.
No body in my family line has parkinsons? so what is it? thanks

      For the next day or two and eat healthy if the shaking still persists go see doctor princesswithapen.

      Low blood sugar can make you shake, had you eaten anything when you noticed this? If you notice it contiunes try carring some carrots or fruit around with you and try snaking, and keeping your blood sugar up. If it contiunes after that see a doctor.
