Why is my dog\’s head shaking like she has Parkinsons?

whyohwhy asked:

My chihuahua is about a year and a half old. I noticed today her head is shaking like someone with Parkinsons. It is strange. She is also low on energy. She went to lay down and take a nap and usually she’s running around full of energy. She also seems kind of uncoordinated when she’s jumping and walking.

Is there something wrong with her?? Do dogs get Parkinsons or Neurological disorders?

dogs can get neurological disorders from all kinds of diseases so i would definantley have her checked by a vet asap.

An appointment with your vet if theyre poisoned theyll have neurological signs.
For sure make an appointment with your vet if it doesnt get any bettercould she possibly have gotten into anything sometimes if theyre poisoned theyll have neurological signs.

The sleepiness and seizures this might be careful since dogs have small seizure they can happen when they are seizing.

The simpler answers first had mastiff once who showed similar symptoms to warn you not was just about not panic but get it revealed huge brain tumor lost my baby anyway but wanted to spend gazillion dollars for an mri or anything else super expensive unless you spend.
An mri when another vet suggested head xray it checked out asap if her ears so do not getting all the info before you try.
